What are your favorite two anime characters who compete against each other and often vow to destroy one another.
My favorite rivals are Ataru Moroboshi and Mendo Shuutaro from Urusei Yatsura. Both are similar to one another, but Mendo has wealth and good looks. Mendo often swings his sword at Ataru and uses his private army to try to kill him.

Hiei vs. Kuwabara from Yu Yu Hakusho. It's always fun to see Hiei use his dry wit and kickass fighting skill to own Kuwabara, who is also pretty cool. 12 months ago

Tatewaki Kuno vs Ranma Classic rivalry is often the best. Nevermind it's hilarious how Kuno went from attempting to beat down Akane into dating him to looking to beat on the one who wasn't even interested in her. XD Well, not openly, at least. Another favorite is Saionji vs ChuChu. The image of a grown man (kind of, but in Japan age is debateable, especially in a culture that thinks 30 is "old") chasing after a mouse/monkey thing is amusing as hell. XD 1 year, 1 month ago

I'd have to doublecheck which episode shows it the most. Probably the end of the curry episode would be the best example, or Nanami's Egg. He's from Utena. :3 -
