What interests you about cons?

I like seeing all the great cosplays and going to pannels.

I just can't wait to glomp any and all cosplayers of characters that I'm a fangirl of. I also am looking forward to hanging out with my friends and buying a bunch of useless crap. Also, I'm gonna kick ass against MsQueenOfJapan and QueenOfYaoi in DDR.

Every year, Animazement has the Caramelldansen Endurance challenge! This is where they play Caramelldansen non-stop and you do the dance for as long as possible before you give out.Last one standing wins.On top of it all, you have to be in cosplay to participate! You also have to sign a waiver to participate since we have one girl every year faint from having her arms up too long. The winner gets a 1,000 dollar Dealer's Room shopping spree! Last years champ lasted 20 minutes and 13 seconds and was dressed as Haruhi Suzumiya. I have been in training all year and I can last 17 minutes and 2 seconds before I get dizzy and have to stop. I have 5 more months before the con and I will win this year!! I am cosplaying as Presea from Tales of Symphonia and I hope the lack of wieght on my arms will help since I am allowed to take off my gloves.

As for the Format of coverage:

I prefer video for overall coverage, as long as it's short and to the point (I liked your NYAF - Day 1 video)

for cosplay albums, and other things where I might want to come back to a specific item, I would rather it be a webpage so I can search/bookmark/etc

I think the single largest factor to anime cons is the opportunity to meet lots of people who like the same things as you

Cosplay is fun but I think that goes hand in hand with hangin out with friends. There were a lot less people there on sunday, and most of my friends had left already, and it just wasn't the same.

We got some good interviews though, not to mention some good quality industry news time :)

I'm just as happy to watch movies and tv shows at home, even if i have to wait a while (though they make a good relaxation and recoup activity when you need a short break)
