Granted, about 90% of all anime I watched over 8 years ago and haven't looked at it since, these stick out in my mind the most.

With a special Honorable Mention for Detroit Metal City, which may be the flat-out funniest anime ever made.

I should also say that the top three series on this list in particular are all essentially flawless, and all really deserve to be called perfect. We're really only talking degrees of perfection with them.
