Best PS3 Co-op Game?
Hello! So, I'm gonna buy my brother PS3 for his Christmas Present. Me and my bro love to play co-op games (offline, split screen), and I was wondering what your recommendation is. I heard "Borderlands" is good. Any reply is appreciated! :)

It is a side-scrolling adventure game. Lots of puzzles, endless replayability since anyone can make and download new levels. It is epic. -

Yeah! Call of Duty for sure! It's embarrassing to say this, but I've never played COD before. But I just saw the trailer the other day, and it looks awesome. Oh yeah, I also just finished watching "Band of Brothers" and more the reason I am attracted to COD. 3 years, 6 months ago

The Band of Brothers games used to be my favorite on the original Xbox, but they haven't made many over the years. Modern Warfare 2 is a tough online game to get into, but the single player has (FINALLY) stopped spamming enemies and grenades! -

MUHHAAHAHAHAHA! You've come to the right place (or, ALMOST the right place). There aren't that many multiplayer games, but there are some great co-op games. Jim is right when he says RE5 rocks; him and I have played that game a lot together and it is a lot better with two people playing. Another good one is Resistance 2, which has a 2-player option for online play (competitive multiplayer and cooperative 8-man missions) although you cannot play through the story with two people. Also, Borderlands might be a good pick, as it is a loot-drop FPS with a fun coop setting. I would recommend the previous two over this one as it might not appeal as much to you or your brother. A downloadable game that has excellent coop is Super Stardust HD. It is basically an asteroids game, but better. Some maybe-not-so-great games are Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2, Lego Star Wars, and Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2. Don't forget Rock Band 2!
