Miyaka (or however you spell her name) from Fushigi Yugi. Her hair changes a zillion lengths throughout the series and shes always putting herself in horrible situations where all the guys fall all over her and come to her rescue. I mean seriously have some decencey girl.

Chibi Trunks from DBZ is the biggest Hit Shead evar!! Also, he's really watered down when it comes to power levels, so I'm pretty sure I could kick his ass with no problems at all.

Suzaku from Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion. He is always getting in Lelouch's way and is a total goody two-shoes. SLAP-PUNCH COMBO HIS ASS!!!

Gendou Ikari from Evangelion. Well not so much slap as crack in the face with a baseball bat. He gives the aura of being strong but he's one of the weakest characters I've seen. He can't accept or get over the death of his wife so he ignores/uses his son and others just to see her again, resulting is many people being hurt, killed and other suffering.

Yuka Sugimoto from 12 Kingdoms!!! I mean HOW MANY EPISODES DOES IT TAKE for her to get it through her thick little skull that SHE'S NOT THE QUEEN OF KEI?! Too many... AND she's mean and back-stabby about it!
