Super Mario Bros. 3 Having the squirrel tail was the best thing ever. Really fun as a 2 player game and had some sweet bonus games.

Define what you mean by "old school". Some would call the NGC "old school" for Nintendo (not that I agree with them). I assume that you are referring to SNES and back. Mine would be "Super Mario World". I've always had a special place in my heart for that game. 3 years, 8 months ago

I'm a big fan of bubsy!! I barely remember playing it though and I can't even remember what the controllers look like. But, it was an awesome game!!

Super Mario World, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Super Smash Brothers. I love all of these kinda old school games. Even the ones for the Super Nintendo. 3 years, 8 months ago

I feel really old when I read everyone's responses and they're mostly N64 or Smash Bros ^^; Excitebike for NES. Some of the best fun I had on the old system. You can make your own tracks which was unprecedented back then! 3 years, 6 months ago

When you say OLD School, Your talking about the original NES and SNES system. That is Old School in my opinion. I would have to say that my favorite Old school NES Games would be Mario Brothers 1,2,3 and the Legend of Zelda Series. LOL N64 is old school? I don't think so! I'm going with Super Mario Bros. 3, The Legends of Zelda, River City Ransom, and Final Fantasy Mystical Quest for a 4-way tie ^_~ I can't pick just one game because there are so many great ones. Even when you narrow down the system, you still have different genres, different points in the life-cycle, etc. 3 years, 8 months ago
